My fix was scheduled to arrive February 27th, but actually arrived 2 days early!! .
This is fix number 11 for me and I asked my stylist for some spring pieces and purses and once again Kristen delivered!!
Pixley Remus Mixed Material Top - When I first saw this I didn't love it. I like the idea of a "dressy" tank that can be dressed up a bit but I didn't love this one. I tried it on with my boyfriend jeans and that didn't help the situation. I've pretty much been living in my boyfriend and skinny jeans so I've sort of forgotten about my other jeans. I reached for a pair of straight leg jeans I've had for a while and I really started to like the top. I think I need to play with it a bit more.
Papermoon Dorset Tie Neck Top - When I first looked at my style card I thought this would be one of my return items. I actually received my fix on the day of my BFF birthday party. I was having a real hard time finding something to wear and I decided to try on my new tops. I started with the Pixley Remus Mixed Material Top but didn't love it but when I put this on I knew it was my outfit for the night!
Le Lis Alante 3/4 Woven Back Knit Top - I have had this top pinned on my Pinterest board and Kristen was able to get it! I was so happy when I seen it was coming. I was a little disappointed when I tried it on as I didn't feel it fit me well. Maybe a bit too big, I'm not sure. I do love the top, just not sure it's doing me any favors. I first tried it with some cuffed bottoms and ballet flats.
Then with my Kut From The Kloth Kate Distressed Boyfriend Jeans from Fix #10 and some sandals. I think this is a fairly versatile top as well and could be dressed up or down.
Daniel Rainn Coronado Crochet Detail Top - This was another item I thought was a for sure return when I seen my style card. Krestin suggested pairing it with a (p)leather jacket for a night out. I had purchased a pair of pleather leggings a few months ago that I have yet to wear so I decided to try them with this blouse. Not sure I love it but Im definitely interested now lol. I also wanted to dress it down a bit for an everyday look so I paired it with my Just Black Dean Ankle Zip Skinny Jeans from my very first fix. I love the detail on this top and I think this top is pretty versatile. It just may be a keeper after all.
Street Level Nadia Woven Stud Clutch - I. Love. This. Color. I've been wanting a cobalt purse for a while now. Needless to say, I love this clutch. It also has a detachable chain strap so can be used as a purse, which is great for me as I tend to lose things that are not attached lol.
