Stitch Fix #12: March 2016

My fix was scheduled to arrive March 26th, but as usual arrived 2 days early!! .

This is fix number 12 for me and I asked my stylist for some dresses and once again Kristen delivered!! Have I mentioned how much I love my stylist!?!

I started taking pictures a bit later than normal today so had to change spots. I was having some lighting issues so they are not the best quality. I'm hoping to take some more later in the week.

Market & Spruce Jenson Embroidery Detail Top - When I first peeked at my fix shipment I figured this was an item I wouldn't be keeping. When the fix arrived and I first seen it, I was pleasantly surprised with this top. It's a bit brighter than I would normally reach for but I didn't dislike it. I tried it with a few tings and it started to grow on me. I have to say that pairing it with these white pants was probably my favorite outfit with it. I'm sure when it gets warmer it will also go nicely with some white or jean shorts too.

Market & Spruce Bernadette Lace Overlay Reglan Top - This is a top that I had pinned on my Pinterest board and Kristin snagged it for me. This top is great. Its super comfy and cute and can be dressed up or down. I paired it with my Boyfriend Jeans from fix # 10 and some converse. I can definitely see myself wearing this casual outfit often.

41Hawthorn Rocco Jersey Faux Wrap Dress - I asked for dresses for this fix and mentioned to Kristin that I didn't own a little black dress (What?!?!?!!). She chose this 41Hawthorn dress mentioning "this classic staple is the perfect go to for work/date/special event. With this dress, it's all about how you accessorize!" and I couldn't agree more. This dress is great. I'm 5'3" and felt like it was just a touch too long on me at first. I'm starting to feel like it's not too long anymore but still on the fence a bit. I may have to have it hemmed a bit if I decide to keep.

Gilli Vail Striped Maxi Skirt - This was another item I had pinned and Kristen was able to grab. I love how the maxi skirts fit but don't really like all the material they have at the top. I just don't know what to do with it.. When I first seen this was coming I was thrilled. Upon pulling it out of the box I was a bit disappointed. I didn't realize the pattern was more orange, thought it was pink. I had mentioned to Kristen that I had ordered my first pair of Oka B shoes (actually 3 pairs, lol. They were having a sale, 1/2 off!) in Watermelon, Popsicle and Cobalt and asked her to send something I could pair with them. She suggested pairing this skirt with the Watermelon Oka B's.

BRIXON IVY Medina Lace Dress  - Kristen sent this as "every girl needs that flirty and feminine item that makes them feel so pretty and polished!" I agree! This dress is great. Love the color, love the detail, love the cut. Just love it!
