Stitch Fix #14: May 2016

As usual my fix was scheduled to arrive May 21st and it arrived early. It came on Thursday the 19th!

This is fix number 14 for me and I have been asking my stylist for a black pair of skinny jeans and a white denim jacket for a while. I also said I would like some lace items. As usual, Kristen delivered!

Honey Punch Layla Elbow Patch Cardigan - I have had this cardigan pinned for a very long time. I just love the stripes and elbow patches. It's the most comfortable thing ever! Unfortunately this runs pretty big as you can see in the photo, so I'm hoping I can exchange for a smaller size.
.

JELLA C Aragon Bow Back Blouse - This is just adorable. I love the light, flowy feel of this shirt and the print is just so cute! I also just love the bow back detail. I was initially having a hard time styling this. I had started with dark and black colored jeans and it just wasn't working. Then I tried it with some medium and light was jeans and it just went perfectly. I remembered that I had ordered a pair of mint skinny jeggings a while back and decided to go ahead and try those and boy am I glad I did. Although the picture makes the jeggings look pretty light they were a good contrast with the top and looked great!

Pixley Yuli Lace Cap Sleeve Blouse  - I was having a hard time pairing this top as well initially. I finally paired it with my boyfriend jeans from fix #10 and really liked how they looked together. I really liked the lace detail but wasn't loving the cut on it..

BRIXON IVY Cyndi Lace Pencil Skirt - I had pinned this skirt and it was probably the whole reason I asked for a lace fix. I just think this skirt is so beautiful. It could easily be dressed up or down. I chose to pair it with a chambray shirt and a pair of Oka B flats for this picture and although I wasn't sure of this combination at first, I think I really love it. I think I will have so much fun with this skirt!

Warp + Weft Chloe Slim Straight Leg Jean - Kristen had sent these jeans in my last fix in a size smaller and they just wouldn't fit over my booty. I had said that I liked them but didn't really want a size exchange at the time as I was keeping the pleather jacket and just didn't want to spend that much money at the time. I had said that we could try again later for the right size of these jeans. Let me just say something about the StitchFix jeans. They. Are. Amazing!!! When they fit man do they fit! I find it's really hard to get a good picture of jeans while using a selfie stick so sorry they picture isn't very good. I paired these jeans with my Bernadette Lace Overlay Reglan Top from Fix #12 for this picture. I'm sure I will get a lot of use out of these jeans.
